9 Days of Meditation

For Beginners 

Why not set some time aside for self-care? ​

Practising meditation on a regular basis, even for a few minutes in the day, can help improve focus, calm the nerves, and reduce stress.

We invite you to give yourself 30 minutes, every day, for nine days a month, and experience inner peace for yourself. 

Our 9Days Daily Online Guided Meditation Programme for Beginners is in three parts, with a total of 27 videos you can meditate with.

If you are new to this meditation, we suggest to start with Part 1, Day 1, Know Yourself and then continue from there.
